Online Training Program on "Planning & Investigating Underground Structures"

Guidelines for Participants

Main Features of the Program

• The Three-Week Online Training Program shall be One Hour Thirty Minutes each day and would be of one
Presentation without any break.
(Refer Training Schedule for Program Details.)
• The allotted time for a full session of presentation and participants interaction is 1:30 hours (One hour & Thirty
minutes)
• The timing of online Training Program on the Scheduled dates shall be from 16:00hrs to 17:30hrs.

Presentation Guidelines
• The Participants shall view the presentation on their own device as presented by the faculty.
• In case of difficulty, the participant shall raise the issue in the chat box for admin to help.
• The participant shall raise queries on the presentation during or after the presentation as advised by the
faculty.
• Participant’s presence in all the sessions shall be held by their own Organisations and DDAG.
• Participant is required to fill and submit a feedback form on the training using the link –which will be provided
by us later on

Platform Guidelines
• MS Teams platform shall be used for the online training program.
• The Participant shall download the MS Team App using the email ID given by them in the registration form.
• Participant shall receive an email invite and shall join the online program using the “JOIN MICROSOFT
TEAMS PROGRAM” in the mail.,
• The session admissions shall open 30 min prior to the start of the Training Program and the participant is advised
to join the program at his earliest convenience for avoiding last minute admission glitches
• Participants have to keep their microphone on mute mode during the presentation given by the faculty and
unmute by individual participants when raising Query/Question/Interaction with faculty.
• The Participants are requested to ask their Query/Question using the “Raise Hand” option in the MS Team Task
Bar, or, by texting using the Chat Box.
• While “Raise Hand” questions shall be directly answered by the faculty, Chat Box questions shall be compiled
by session admin and shared on screen for reply by the faculty after the presentation.
• Participant should attend A Trial Session with Team DDAG on 21st November 2020 from 16.00 hrs to 17.00hrs

• As a gesture of goodwill, the Academy extends one year complimentary “Membership” to Participant.
• The Academy wishes to have a professional relationship with the participant by creating a separate WhatsApp
group for mutual interaction with the faculty/consultants of the Academy for which you have provided your
whatsapp number.
