The housing, facilities, tools and equipment for


the maintenance execution carried out by
Batam Aero Technic, can be provided either
owned by Batam Aero Technic or rental through
contract and agreements with related party.

calibration or interval inspection of any tool
and equipment issued from tool store prior

(1) Personel penerbangan yang
mengetahui terjadinya penyimpangan atau
ketidaksesuaian prosedur penerbangan,
atau tidak berfungsinya peralatan dan
fasilitas penerbangan wajib melaporkan
kepada Menteri.
(2) Personel penerbangan yang
melaporkan kejadian sebagaimana
dimaksud pada ayat (1) diberi
perlindungan sesuai dengan ketentuan
yang berlaku.

(4) Tools and equipment shall be


inspected, cleaned and properly packed in
the container (if applicable) before being
returned to Main Station. Any damage
found during use shall be reported to a
Store Keeper and unserviceable tag stating
the damage shall be attached to it.

briefing includes accounting for the in

adequate continuation of the work by the
next shift. Any inspection that could not
be completed by the inspector as a result
of a shift change or other work
interruption must be adequately turned
over to the next inspector, through
written and verbal communications

Finding
Found slideraft was deployed at AFT entry door.Found defect puncture at slideraft.Reservoir bottle
for slideraft P/N 630124‐04 S/N IY10739 empty.Valice torn apart.After check found P/N 5A3307‐7
S/N BNG 9849 padding still pre SB.
Corrective Action
Plan for Engineer and Mecahanic to receive briefing to measure firing cable slackness at EMEQ
shop.Maintanence process for reservoir bottle as per CMM 25‐60‐35.(OH every 36 months).Make
sure firing cable slackness check as per Task Card using correct method. P/N 5A3307‐7 post SB
5A3307‐25‐451 ( Incorporate Firing Cable Slack Retention Method in Slide Pack )

Conclusion
Check reservoir bottle as per CMM 25‐60‐35.Task Card for checking firing cable slackness must be
done properly. Check for reservoir bottle P/N 630124 ‐ 04 aging and HST. Check Regulator Assy P/N
4A4047‐6 K1 S/N N‐3282 for leak test.
