3.0 Calibration Report

Based on Calibration Certificate Result:

As refer to the graph above, it shows that the correction line is within the upper limit
and the lower limit which represent by the uncertainty. But to come out with solid
analysis of the data provided, at least we need to look at history of three previous
calibration as mention by Allen Bare. Calibration intervals shall be established for
calibrations based on repeatability and degree of usage, as mention API 6D. Based on
the IMTE usage monitoring on December 2015, the instrument is never use during
December 2015.

To analyze an accurate data, 3 calibration history must be obtained. But due to the time
interval between the 1st calibration certificate until now (18.1.2016), the data obtained
from the 1st calibration cannot be used and the data collection need to be start again.

4.0 Calibration Frequency

Calibration Frequency :

The calibration interval shall be 3 months for the first 3 calibration.

According to the report from QC-580-02 Masterlist of IMTE (By usage Category) this
instrument is seldom use.

The status is : On Hold

send for calibration before use..
