3.0 Calibration Report

Based on Calibration Certificate Result :

As shown in section 2.0 above, shows 3 graph which construct by using data taken from
calibration certificate from 15.April.2014, 1.October.2014, and 6.April.2015. The graph
shows that in the first calibration most of the point is inside the upper limit and lower limit
except for the point from 8th until 11th. This may due to some error present when
calibration is being conduct. For 2nd calibration, the point is within the upper limit and
lower limit but for 3rd calibration it show that most of the point is outside the upper limit.
But the data from the next calibration which is on 1.10.2014 cannot be use due to the
interval between the date is exceed 3-4 month period. This may effect the calibration
analysis for 3 times data for 3 month each. Although the instrument may use by
production/ QC team but the instrument never use, so the instrument does not need to send
out for calibration. It will affect the cost effective.
Calibration intervals shall be established for calibrations based on repeatability and degree
of usage, as mention API 6D. Based on the IMTE usage monitoring on December 2015, the
instrument is never use during December 2015.

4.0 Calibration Frequency

Calibration Frequency :
The calibration interval shall be 3 months. As per section 3.0 Calibration Report above that
this instrument is never use.
The status is : Not In Use

for calibration before use.
