A breach of obligation on the part of the organizer is a
form of negligence. He failed to inform the guests about
the updated food that will be served during the event, and

VENUE
For the agreement of the venue arrangement, they did not assure for some

another hall where we can hold our event.

PHOTOGRAPHER
In this case they fulfilled the obligation but they worked earlier and got to work right
away, but the last photographer arrived late because of the accident on her way for
some reason which caused an hour delay. That is why they are claiming to have worked
for 4 hours. The additional Php 15, 000 for the extended hours.

CATERING
The catering services have fulfilled their obligations to us. In this case there is negligence
on our part, because we have to pay damages to one of our guests as a failure of
compliance with conditions with the food allergy and he claimed that he had to go to
the hospital.
