Subject: WBSC National Federations attending the U-18 Baseball World Cup.

Dear President,

On behalf of the World Baseball Softball Confederation, I am pleased to officially notify

that your National Federation has qualified to participate in the 2021 WBSC U-18 Baseball
World Cup to take place in Sarasota and Bradenton, FL, USA, 9th-18th September, 2022.

As with the standard participation conditions, the host country will provide your team
with appropriate accommodation, meals and local transportation.

Each National Federation will be responsible for its own delegation’s international flight
arrangements to/from Florida, USA.

Your participation confirmation has to be fully filled and returned to the WBSC
headquarters as per “Registration Regulations” (attached) by 7th April, 2022.

A Participation Agreement and an invoice for a Guarantee Fee of USD 3,000 will then be
issued to the NF and such Guarantee Fee shall be paid within 15 days.

If your Participation confirmation or the Guarantee Fee is not received in duly time, your
federation will lose its spot for participation and another team will be invited.

For the U-18 Baseball World Cup there is a Participation Fee of 2,000 USD.

By accepting the participation, you agree with all the norms and regulations regarding the
tournament. It is your responsibility to verify the norms and all the possible updates that
will follow.
