How important is it to maintain the cleanliness of all public areas in a hotel? Discuss your answer.
It is important to maintain the cleanliness of all public area in a hotel to ensure
the safety of all guests from all possible hazards such as physical, biological,
and chemical one. Without maintaining the cleanliness, both employees and
guest may suffer some allergic reactions or even get sick because of it. Cleaning
the public areas in a hotel will guarantee that the safety of both employees and
guests is top priority. Hence, the brand of the establishment will also be great
affected by the impact of whether the public places of a hotel is clean or not
based on some feedbacks of the guest who have experienced the
accomodations and services in that hotel. If the public areas of hotel and even
the private one is cleaned then the guest will be satisfied by the setting of the
place and will surely come back again to try their services once again.
