Exploring Self-Expression and interconnectedness with Natura Through Clay Art

Proposal:

In this workshop we will go on a journey of self-discovery using tools from art

therapy and dynamics from Work that Reconnects.

This workshop combines the therapeutic benefits of art with the healing power of
nature, offering participants an opportunity to explore their own creativity, connect
with the environment around, and explore who they are in this interaction.

In the first part of the workshop participants will be guided with meditation-
visualization to explore different topics in a spiral journey through four stages:
Coming from Gratitude, Honoring our Pain for the World, Seeing with New/Ancient
Eyes, and Going Forth.

Then the participants will engage in hands-on clay sculpting exercises, allowing them
to tap into their inner thoughts, feelings and emotions while surrounded by nature.

This workshop offers a safe and supportive space for individuals to express
themselves freely, reveal their creativity, and explore their inner landscapes through
clay.

Throughout the workshop, participants will:

● Enhanced self-awareness.
● Tools for coping with and processing emotions related to environmental
concerns.
● A deeper connection with nature and a sense of interconnectedness.
● Improved mental well-being through the therapeutic benefits of art and nature.
