How do I know I can trust

Drive-thru mistakes with no apology for my wasted time

June 17th, 2023

The drive-thru often gets my order wrong so I am forced to go inside, wait again for
however many customers are ahead of me, and then am "helped" without so much as an
apology. I go through the drive-thru because I specifically don't want to go inside. It sucks
when I'm forced to do this because of their error and they aren't considerate of my time.

The trouble with Standards.

McDonald's has lost it's way. Customers are aware of how difficult it is to hire and retain
employees. With that being said. It's not the customers problem. The problem belongs to
management of each individual franchise. Adopt higher standards and pass it on. If you
can't? Then move on to another career. Over the past 2 years or so the food has become
awful.

The Steak Bagel

This steak and bagel sandwich I've purchased it before McDonald's stop selling it. So it
came back, terribly, it's extremely small, not worth the money, and definitely not the same,
it came back terrible. Whatever McDonald's call themselves trying to sell this so call steak

I ordered a happy meal, however I still felt sad afterwards. Everything was cooked and not
raw and crispy the way i like my toes. The first time I walked through those doors I felt like
a main character, only to be pushed aside by a roadman, I would've let it slide if he was hot
however he was far from. I like McDonalds, it's a staple in my diet however I think I'll go to

Poor service

I went to McDonald's located at 103 street in3 avenue in Manhattan and they remodel the
place looks nice but the serice was horrible. I placed an order by the new machine myself
and I had to wait about 25 to 30 min for fries and a cheeseburger. The workers seems very
rude and I feel they shouldn't be working there cause they act like children. Not a friendly

How not to treat your customers

I visit the McDonald's on milwaukee Ave probably about 3-4 times a week. I get same
order all the time. I check the order before I leave and it's always wrong
I get one cheeseburger no ketchup, no mustard, and no pickle, Xtra onion only. One plain
cheeseburger. Today Saturday April 22 I got a cheeseburger with no onion but many
pickles.

25cents for a cup of sauce.your not going to tell me that McDonalds can't afford to give out
more sauces. Have 2 small children crying for BBQ and Ranch but nooooo 25 cents please

Rude employer

I went to store #3761 at 10:40 am. Placed an order for breakfast. 1 big breakfast with
pancakes and 2 Steak Bagels at 10:57 a.m. I paid for the order through drive-thru. Waited

This Manger at McDonald's on 82nd and slide. A Spanish tattooed woman who looks mean
as hell and displays it in her work environment. This leaves the customer's in

POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS

This review is directed to the McDonald's on East End Blvd in Marshall, Texas. These were
some of the most unprofessional and lackadaisical employees I have experienced. The

Day old BUNS!

having employee troubles and people not showing up for work in the morning our not

Hamburger Buns

How in the world can any fast food restaurant take a greasy burger and throw it directly on
the bun and make the bun saturated in grease, isn't there a better way to degrease the

I don't think I've been in a worst Mac Donald's than this one. The door was gross the floor
was very, very slippery with grease and almost all of the tables were dirty. None of the
counter people even acknowledged us when we were at the counter to order.

After paying for my food I waited 22 minutes and then went inside for a refund. Dirty store
