Jeff,

Thank you for this information. We have brought up the roadways with the facility already and they
should be addressing the concerns. The roadways should also be a part of the permit and will have
requirements for dust suppression and record keeping.

Thank you

Hi Josh,

Thank you.

The Township has ongoing concern about the dust emissions. After observations, much of the dust
is also created by the dusty permeable surface, especially on the North side of the site near School
Road. The hose water does not appear to fix the problem.

The heavy machinery kicks up dust on the front side of the pile. This front area is not sprayed. The
Township has photo evidence of this. Dust can be seen headed in a westerly direction towards
the trailer park and school.

We have ongoing concern that the issue is still not properly managed given the visible dust -
visible to the naked eye.

Thanks,
Jeff
Sycamore Township

Jeff,

I wanted to follow up on the complaints that were received regarding MeinCo (Aztec Container
Services) at
7601 School Road, Cincinnati.

Over the last several months our office has made multiple field visits to the area to observe
operations and talk with facility personnel. Fugitive dust was observed being generated and leaving
the property on several occasions. After discussing this issue with the facility, a fire hydrant was
accessed that allows for them to spray down the pile as they are loading/unloading materials. Since
MeinCo has begun watering the pile, dust emissions have decreased.

The facility has also opted to obtain an air permit through our office. This permit will have guidelines
for how often watering should occur and require that records are kept. We are currently waiting on
the facility to provide us with additional information for the permit.

If any additional issues are observed in the future, please call our main office at 513-946-7777 or you
can file a complaint on our website here.

Thank you,

Hi Josh, please attached for photos of dust from today. The dust was traveling in a southerly and
westerly direction, towards the residential.
