    Ken Wilkins and I visited Aztec Container Services, LLC on 7/6/2023 to address a complaint received
    by Ohio EPA regarding fugitive dust leaving the facility and impacting the surrounding area. Prior to
    coming on site and while on site, we observed dust being generated by loading operations and
    vehicle traffic. We are requesting your cooperation in mitigating this issue by employing appropriate
    control measures for dust control.
