2. VALIDITY: This offer is valid for 15 days from date of quotation.

a. Exclusion: Any Scope of works / Materials not mentioned in the above BOQ.
b. Conditions: Any Additional works or revision on the agreed design and specification will be charged as variation.
c. Warranty: All works are guaranteed againts workmanship defects one year commissioning after receipt of down payment whichever comes first.
d. Bond, insurances and permits are not included.
e. All utilities such as water and power supplies, etc. to be used in the construction shall be provided by the Owner.
