PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. PROJECT TITLE: DARALAGAN PARA SA KALINIGAN


II. PROJECT RATIONALE:
III. Before the start of every school year, the Brigada Eskwela is held as a tradition in the
Philippines to promote volunteerism among the students in our classrooms. The
Youth for the Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) is proposing a
recreational activity, which is a fun run, to serve as a fund-raiser for the school and
to promote healthy lifestyle and volunteerism among the participants.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
a. to raise funds to support and improve the school.
b.to promote the essence of Brigada Eskwela in the community through
involvement and engagement.
c. to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle among participants.
d.to raise awareness about the Brigada Eskwela program and its importance in
supporting education in the community.
e.to strengthen the sense of community and connection among participants and
supporters.
f. to promote the spirit of volunteerism within the community.
STRATEGIES:
A.Phase 1
1. From August 7, 2023 to August 18, 2023 YES-O officers and representatives will start to
accept the registration fee of ₱20 from the participants who are willing to join in the event.
2. Those who already paid the registration fee will automatically be listed as participants in the
event.
3. Sending a Letter of Assistance to the RCYC in our school to assist in the event

B.Phase 2
1. On August 10-18, 2023 will be the preparation of all the materials, equipment and tools to
be used. On this same day, YES-O officers and representatives will contact the Local Government
Unit (LGU) to ask for guidance.
C.Phase 3
1.Coordination to Barangay Captains of the respective barangays that the participants may pass by
E.Phase 4
1. Assistance of RCYC members and the LGU on the day of event to assist the participants
