 Preparation for the upcoming Medical Mission on September 16, 2023

 Prepare the request letter for the venue

 Meeting with the physical team: Ronel Vivo and Paulo
 When the venue is approved, ocular the venue with the GAD committee,
physical team and if possible, with the King of Kings team.
 Follow up the tarpaulin c/o Sir Tony
 Follow up the proposed flyers before JOM on August 3, 2023
 Follow up the freebies that we asked from King of Kings
 Discuss with the officers about the suggestion of King of Kings to remove
the Executive package for the additional income of Coop

 Ask the Board of Directors where to get the budget for GAD activities or if there is
an allocated budget solely for GAD committee.

The meeting started at 3:10pm. Opening prayer lead by Mam Serina Kiamco.
AGENDA:

 Preparation for the upcoming Medical Mission on September 16, 2023

 Discussion with the physical team, Ronel Vivo and Alvin Salvador. They will
star to set up on September 15, 2023 at 5-6pm.
 Remind Sir Tony on Monday, September 4, 2023, to call MES to discuss
regarding on setting up on September 15, 2023 and borrowing chairs from
the school.
 The coop will provide the tables and table cloth.
 Alvin Salvador will be assigned at the gate to guide the members with
vehicle.
 Mam Serina Kiamco will be the one who will assist the patients.
 Propose to the Board of Directors for a black shirt to wear on Medical Mission by
GAD committee.
 SFNSCC commission from King of Kings:
 For 100pax – 10 employees/officers free for basic package
 10 pesos per additional test
 50 pesos per package
 Eye Care on October for Cooperative month celebration.
Meeting adjourned at 5pm. Closing prayer lead by Mr. Ronnel Ermenio.
