Job Description: HR Recruiter

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The
HR Recruiter will play a critical role in the talent acquisition process, sourcing, screening,
and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop
recruitment strategies.
2. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job
boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
3. Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews
to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.
4. Conduct in-person and virtual interviews, assess candidates' skills, experience, and
cultural fit, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
5. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment
activities to attract potential candidates.
6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
7. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms and conditions in accordance with
company policies and budgetary constraints.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities,
and other talent sources.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


2. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods, including sourcing techniques,
candidate evaluation, and interview processes.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building rapport and effectively
communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and
deadlines.
6. High level of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate qualifications and potential
thoroughly.
8. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
