0.0 NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
The undersigned (‘Recipient’), hereby agrees that all financial and other information
(“Information”) that is, has and will receive concerning is confidential and will not be disclosed
to any other individual or entity without prior written consent. The recipient agrees to instruct
associates/business partners, employees and persons with whom they have given access, that
they must not disclose any information concerning this document to others except to the extent
that such matters are generally known to and are available for use by the general public. The
recipient also agrees not to duplicate or redistribute or permit others to duplicate or distribute any
material contained without Waina’s Wellness expressed written consent The Information shall
remain the property of Waina’s Wellness and shall be returned to Waina’s Wellness, promptly at
its request together with all copies made thereof.
Recipient acknowledges that violation of this Agreement will result in Waina’s Wellness seeking
equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Who is Waina’s Wellness Spa?


Waina’s Wellness Spa is a locally owned and operated new day spa in Junction, St.Elizabeth. It
will be owned and operated by Deajoney Barnett, a beauty aesthetician who has a deep passion
for providing holistic care treatments. Deajoneyy has been saving up and studying day spa
business operations and is ready to recruit her team and open a location in the affluent yet trendy
area of Junction
Waina’s Wellness Spa will provide skin treatments, massage therapies, and body treatments all in
a luxury setting with the most relaxed and rejuvenating atmosphere. As good customer services
is an issue in the spa industry and in Jamaica on a whole; Deajoney and her staff will be
experienced and knowledgeable in their specific area of service and will be able to provide the
greatest customer service experience possible. Customers will be given luxurious robes, slippers,
towels, wine or their relaxing beverage of choice. Customers will also be able to customize and
curate their spa day by choosing from the menu of services and booking in advance.
The proposed business model involves acquiring a rental space at Manley Horne Plaza or a
space within the town. Our focus is also to have a wide variety of services and products so
people can access everything at one location. Our business caters for individuals who cannot
afford expensive spas without letting them realize the difference. We are devoted in creating an
aesthetic and therapeutic atmosphere for clients and putting all their wants and needs in play;
with soft music or inspirational messages being played during services.

It is our intention to achieve the following objectives in the short to medium term:

of the top ways to relax and de-stress from often-overwhelming daily life. And that is evidenced
by the numbers when it comes to average day spa revenue. According to studies, the spa industry
was worth over $19 billion in 2019.
According to ny daily news stress levels has increased by 25% since 1983, with this people are
prioritizing self-care and relaxation more and more which increases the opportunity to have a
profitable spa business that provides good services to the persons in need.
