SERVICES
A) RERA Project Registration (Mandatory as per Section
3(2) of The RERA Act, 2016 if the area of land proposed
to be develop exceed 500 sqm OR No. of apartments
proposed to be developed exceed eight): We help to
register real estate projects with the RERA authority. It
includes the following:

● Scrutiny and compilation of data

● Preparation of budgeted financial data
● Assist in obtaining all required certificates (Such as
Non-encumbrance certificate, Title Search Report, CA
Certificates etc.)
● Filling of online and offline project application
● Represent the case on behalf of company before the
Authority
● Submission of reply of notices

B) Extension of RERA Project Registration (Under

Section 6 and 7(3) of The RERA Act, 2016)

C) Quarterly and Annual Compliances (Mandatory as per

Section 11(1) and Section 4(2)(l)(D) of the RERA Act,
2016)
