Indraprastha WORLD SCHOOL is unwavering in its pursuit of academic excellence, not merely as an end

The academic success and the overall well-being of each student flourishes only when the combined efforts
of the parents and teachers are in harmony with each other. Therefore, in-depth discussion to mark the areas
of improvement is of utmost importance. The Final Term Examination is round the corner. The date sheet
and the syllabus have been shared in advance, so that the students may prepare well for the same.

In order to give you an insight into your child’s strength and areas of improvement the school has organized
the Parent - Teacher Meeting on Saturday, February 3, 2024. The PTM is for all grades from
classes Pre-School to X. We hope that this PTM will be of great help to review your ward’s academic
progress and plan accordingly for their accomplishments.

Kindly note, you are requested to attend the PTM as per the time slots mentioned below, so that you
can spend adequate time with the subject teachers of your ward.

Time Slot for classes Pre-School and Pre-Primary

Slot I : 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Slot II : 10:30 a.m. –12:00 noon

Time Slot for classes I to X

Roll No. 01-10 : 8:45 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

Roll No. 11-20 : 9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.
Roll No. 21-30 : 10:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
Roll No. 30 onwards : 11:15 a.m. – 12:00 noon

The parents are requested to strictly adhere to the schedule mentioned above to avoid any inconvenience. On
PTM day, follow carpooling with fellow parents to minimize carbon footprints. This collaborative effort can
make a big difference! We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and support in all matters of the school.
