It’s not the incident of recent time when the software industry taking a better place in the
global community. It’s already having been started in the early 80’s and after the
revolution in the telecommunication field and the introduction of the Internet. Today we
are totally surrounded by the software solutions either directly or indirectly it’s become a
part of our life. A small device like our cell phone doesn’t work without the proper
implementation of a mobile software .We requires automated software for our washing
machine. Every part of our nation’s economy working on a platform which is given by
MNC’s in the form of software. There are several challenges for the software companies
either they made a small software of the work or large projects. There are many
constraints associated with the development of software, within their boundary the
companies have to achieve their target. If they fail to manage and predict these
constraints they cannot survive in the crowd. So, it is essential for the modern and
comparatively a large software sector that it has to manage the different constraints as
well as their development plans and methods. The dynamic risk estimation plays a
crucial role in the whole story of success and failure. If we become more certain about
our project risks related to the different phases of working model we can survive easily
than others. There is a view of our quickly developing software industry.

CHAPTER 3
MCKENSEY’S 7S FRAMEWORK AND PORTER’S 5
FORCE MODEL WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO
ORGANIZATION UNDER STUDY

Mckensey’s framework model

Figure.2.2: Mckensey’s 7S framework

The 7-s model:

The 7s model provides a framework for evaluating the success of organisations. It

examines seven crucial components—a structure, a system, employees, skills, and shared
values—that determine whether an organisation is successful or not.

In order to assist managers in overcoming the challenges of organisational change,

consultants at Mckensey’s and Company created the 7s models in the late 1970s. The
model demonstrates how organisational immune system and the numerous
interconnected variables make change complex and how an efficient change attempt
must tackle several of these challenges at once.
The 7s model is a method for managerial analysis and action that offers framework to
analyse a corporation as a whole, allowing for the diagnosis of organisational problems
and the development and implementation of a plan.

The ability of the organisation to change is illustrated by the seven diagrams, which show
how many different interconnected pieces there are. The notion aided managers in
considering ways to enhance the business. It asserts that developing a new strategy and
implementing it are not sufficient. It also doesn't involve implementing a new system
and waiting for enhancements to be made.

Your organisation must have some internal alignment or degree of fit for it to be
effective. Each S needs to reinforce the other "S" in a consistent manner. Since each "S"
is connected to the others, changing one will affect them all. It is impossible to advance
on one without also advancing on the others. As a result, in order to develop the
organisation, you must be proficient in system thinking and simultaneously focus on all
seven components. There is no specified hierarchy or beginning point, and various
elements could be the main drivers of business in any given corporation.

Strategy

A company's strategy is a plan created to obtain long-term competitive advantage and

effectively compete in the market. A sound strategy is typically one that is well-
articulated, long-term, contributes to the creation of competitive advantage, and is
supported by a solid vision, mission, and set of values. When studied in isolation, it's
difficult to determine whether a given strategy is well-aligned with other factors.

Therefore, the key to the 7s model is to check whether each component is in alignment
with the others rather than looking at your organisation to find the best strategy,
structure, processes, etc. For instance, a company's short-term plan is typically a bad
decision, but if it is in line with the other 6 elements, it may produce excellent outcomes.

We have centralised some operations used across social networks, including finance,
sourcing and distribution, branding and marketing, and other common back-end systems,
as part of the company's objective to increase administrative operational efficiencies. For
our retail business operations in INDIA, we have completely integrated our information
technology platform systems, and we are also in the process of centralising our
information technology platform systems for our other activities.

The other tasks are distributed among the several facilities, and the corresponding
development management teams are in charge of clinical and operational matters. We
think that this vertical business model gives us a scalable and effective framework that
will support organic future growth as well as the successful and efficient integration of
any acquired assets. We plan to concentrate on a few key areas to increase our clinical
and administrative operating efficiencies and profitability, such as enhancing efficiencies
at our efforts, work, and real-time operations through greater network integration;
enhancing employee productivity by placing an emphasis on employee training and
implementing performance incentives; investing in the newest technology and luring
skilled workers and performance monitoring; and benchmarking a variety of industry
standards.

The other strategies used by the company are:

 To perform beyond customer expectation and to create a long term relationship with
customers.
 To provide products and services of high quality

Structure

The organisation of corporate divisions and units is represented by structure, which also
includes information about who is responsible for what. In other words, the organisation
chart of the business is its structure. It is also one of the framework's most noticeable and
adaptable components.

A good organisational structure is crucial given the organization's size, which is why a
product classification has been created; each branch has its own training managers,
representatives, and topic teachers.

Employees and students both understand this structure. Additionally, there are other
auxiliary divisions, including ICT, administration, and planning.

Successful organisations may make temporary structural changes to accommodate their

complex and constantly changing environments. The structure specifies previous
relationships and how people are used inside the organisation. With defined strategic
tasks without sacrificing the organization's fundamental structural division in the present.

The underlying framework in which an executive's decision-making behaviour occurs is

the organisational structure that emerges through the organising process. It is an
established pattern of interaction between the organization's parts.

Each and every department in the Webblitz Softwares is equipped with an officer, clerk,
and support staff. Officers and managers have the power to demand work from their
workers. Each department has members according to what is needed in that department.
As a result, it is working efficiently and successfully on a variety of tasks.

Top management is responsible for all the organizational activities and also, they are
responsible for decision making and performance taken by each department.

 Middle management is interested about the operations of their individual departments.

The departmental managers routinely or weekly update the top-level management on the
activities of their respective departments. This level of management is made up of the
departments of marketing, human resources, and finance. These departments each have a
director who is in charge of overseeing the operations of that department.
 The lower-level management consists of assistant manager of each department. They
will communicate and report their performance and activity to the middle level manager.

System

Systems are the company's policies and practises, which disclose the day-to-day
operations and decision-making processes. Systems should be the key area of focus for
managers throughout organisational change because they are the part of the business that
dictates how business is done.

The organisation employs an internal CRM system to track the status of contracts,
internship agreements, and student progress.

The internal system is connected to the students' online learning environment so that
everyone is aware of their wellbeing.

The Webblitz Softwares includes a number of methods for controlling this process
because the system likes to enhance the back office aims by providing more assistance.

Information system :The use of computers has accelerated and improved information
flow. The knowledge is adaptable. Given that Webblitz Softwares has a reliable backup
system.

Recruitment, training and development system

The hiring process begins with the department head of the applicable department
identifying the openings. The department sends a document to HRD asking for the
human resources.
Skills

Skills are the abilities that a company's personnel excel at using. They also contain
aptitudes and skills. The question of what capabilities the organisation will actually
require to support its new strategy or new structure often emerges during organisational
transition.

The organisation exclusively collaborates with educators who have established

themselves in the field and are excellent at presenting course materials.

The Ministry of Education has set specific rules, and employees must understand how to
incorporate those guidelines into lesson plans.

The skills are broadly categorized as follows:-

knowledge of the market, analytical abilities, services, research, personal/administrative,

soft skills, support, finance, information relations, and others.

At Webblitz Softwares, the majority of the workforce is drawn from the management and
technological fields.

What kind and number of employees the organisation will require, as well as how they
will be hired, taught, motivated, and compensated, are all aspects of the staff element.

Along with having the necessary skills, the personnel need to be confident in accepting
their responsibilities.

To help everyone work together to find a solution, issues in the classroom or with
specific kids must be reported to the administration.

One of two approaches is frequently taken when dealing with staff (as in individuals, not
line or staff). On the more rigid end of the range, we discuss official training
programmes, compensation scales, and appraisal systems. At the soft end, we discuss
attitudes, motivation, behaviour, and morale.

Refresher courses, work rotations, and on-the-job training are just a few of the many
training programmes available to employees. According on service, seniority, and
educational qualifications, promotions are given inside the company. Officer's staff
makes it since the performance evaluation is also used as the foundation for promotions.
The process of hiring involves finding human resources for the company and ensuring
that they have the capacity to help it reach its objectives. Staffing is required in order to
distribute tasks and responsibilities among the workers.

Style

Style reflects how top-level managers run the business, including how they interact, what
they do, and the symbolic significance of their activities. In other words, it's the
management style of the company's leaders. As a leader, he thinks it's crucial that work
is done in accordance with policies and laws, but he also thinks everyone should be able
to set their own goals and be self-reliant.

A senior management team's fundamental personality should be distinguished from how

the team is perceived by the organisation, in our opinion. Organizations may pay
attention to what managers say, but they tend to trust what they see. It is not what is said
but how it is done that counts. Therefore, the power of style is essentially controllable.

Depending on the exact job category in which the employee works, the company's
compensation structure consists of a monthly wage, performance-based compensation, and
an annual bonus. Remuneration is negotiated on an individual basis within a framework of
per-set parameters. Employees of the company work full-time under contracts with fixed
salaries.

Behavior that is symbolic is one part of style. Have more personnel who are knowledgeable
about exploration and who have led the exploration department. Usually, they provide more
consistent funding for investigation.

Shared Values

The Mckensey’s 7s approach is built around shared ideals. The foundation of every firm
is made up of the norms and standards that direct employee behaviour and corporate
decisions. When there are significant corporate developments, Webblitz Softwares
promptly and transparently informs its employees, business partners, and investors.

Superordinate goals don't appear to be present in every organisation, or even most of

them, unlike the other six SS. The majority of the top performers, though, clearly display
them.

The term "shared values" refers to the values that all members of an organisation share.
Webblitz Softwares is an organisation that practises value sharing. While acknowledging
the company's regional and cultural roots, Webblitz Softwares sees diversity as both a
strength and a necessary prerequisite for success on a global scale. The shared value and
organisational purpose are comparable. Beyond the formally stated business objectives,
it is a collection of values and ideals. They are the core principles on which a company is
based. They may also offer general ideas for future course.

Limitations of 7s model

 Ignores the importance of the external environment and depicts only the most crucial
elements in this model for explaining the interdependence of the key processes and
factors within the organization.
 The model does not explain the concept of organizational effectiveness or performance
explicitly.
 The model has been criticized for lacking enough empirical evidences to support to
support their explanation.
 The model is considered to be more of a static kind of model.
 It is rather difficult to assess the degree of fit with accuracy successfully.
 Criticized for missing out the intricate or finer areas in which the actual gaps in
conceptualization and execution of strategy may arise.

Porter’s five force model

Fig
ure.2.3: Porter’s Five forces model

The five forces Identified by Porter that influence corporate strategy are competition in
the industry, Potential of new entrants into the industry, Power of suppliers, Power of
customers, and threat of substitute products. Its ultimate purpose is to explain how
profits may be sustained in the face of negotiation and direct and indirect competition.
Evaluating the five forces can assist businesses in anticipating competition adjustments,
influencing the evolution of industry structure, and identifying more advantageous
strategic positions. A diagnostic approach based on five competing pressures degrades
an industry’s average long-term profitability. It is one of the most important and widely

accepted models in premier b-schools.

Porter theorized that understanding both the competitive forces at play and the overall
industry structure are crucial for effective, strategic decision-making, and developing a
compelling competitive strategy for the future.

In Porter’s model, the five forces that shape industry competition are

1. Competitive rivalry

This force examines how intense the competition is in the marketplace. It considers the
number of existing competitors and what each one can do. Rivalry competition is high
when there are just a few businesses selling a product or service, when the industry is

growing and when consumers can easily switch to a competitor’s offering for little cost.
When rivalry competition is high, advertising and price wars ensue, which can hurt a
business’s bottom line.

2. The bargaining power of suppliers

This force analyses how much power a business’s supplier has and how much control it
has over the potential to raise its prices, which, in turn, lowers a business’s profitability.
It also assesses the number of suppliers of raw materials and other resources that are
available. The fewer supplier there are, the more power they have. Businesses are in a
better position when there are multiple suppliers. Learn more about finding suppliers and
B2B partners.

3. The bargaining power of customers

This force examines the power of the consumer, and their effect on pricing and quality.
Consumers have power when they are fewer in number but there are plentiful sellers and
it’s easy for consumers to switch. Conversely, buying power is low when consumers
purchase products in small amounts and the seller’s product is very different from that of
its competitors.
4. The threat of new entrants

This force considers how easy or difficult it is for competitors to join the marketplace.
The easier it is for a new competitor to gain entry, the greater the risk is of an established
business’s market share being depleted. Barriers to entry include absolute cost
advantages, access to inputs, economies of scale, and strong brand identity.

5. The threat of substitute products or services

This force studies how easy it is for consumers to switch from a business’s product or
service to that of a competitor. It examines the number of competitors, how their prices
and quality compare to the business being examined, and how much of a profit those
competitors are earning, which would determine if they can lower their costs even more.
The threat of substitutes is informed by switching costs, both immediate and long-term,
as well as consumers’ inclination to change. Learn how to perform a competitive
analysis to stay ahead of other players in the market. To take full advantage of this
strategy make sure you’re able to properly calculate cost of goods sold (COGS).

Existing System

We address these issues in an existing and offer a method for effective, progressive
consolidation of data-intensive flows. Our technique iterates over the information
requirements to produce the final design, as is customary. We demonstrate how to
effectively adapt an existing design to a new information requirement as well as how to
update a design to account for changing information requirements. The final design that
satisfies all criteria includes a multi-flow. Co Al processes distinct data flows and
incrementally consolidates them into a cohesive multi-flow as "coal" is generated as a
result of the process and intense compression of layers of partially degraded materials1.
Proposed System

We extend the set of flow transformations that was previously proposed in the context of
ETL processes in Co Al by taking into account the associative property of n-array
operations (such as Join), and we do this by relying on the four flow transformations that
are listed below in order to reorder the operations. Swap When used to two adjacent
unary operations, it switches the order of these actions. Distribute/Factorize. When used
on a unary operation over an adjacent n-array operation, it subsequently factors many
unary operations over the adjacent n-array operation or distributes the unary operation
across the adjacent nary operation. Merge/Split. When used on a group of contiguous
unary operations, it combines numerous operations into a single unary operation or
divides a single unary action into multiple unary operations.

 Detect the capabilities of the user’s browser and alter your page’s content appropriately.
 Create custom pages “on the fly” without the need for a server-side language like PHP.
JavaScript is not Java, though if you come from a Java background, you will notice that
both languages look similar when written. Java is a full featured and comprehensive
programming language similar to C or C++, and although JavaScript can interact with
Java web applications, the two should not be confused.
 Different web browsers will execute your JavaScript in various, occasionally
incompatible ways. It is frequently essential to utilise JavaScript itself to determine the
capabilities of the browser in which it finds itself and adjust its operation based on the
outcome in order to get around this.
 The term "interpreted" describes how JavaScript code is run (put to use) as soon as it is
loaded into the browser. This is a departure from compiled languages like Java, which
thoroughly examine your programme before running a single line of code. If you come
from a non-interpreted programming background, this can have several ramifications
that can take you off guard.
 Client-side has been defined already in the previous chapter.
 Event-based refers to JavaScript's capacity to only execute specific pieces of code when
a predetermined event takes place. A page loading, a form submission, a link click, or a
mouse pointer pointing at an image are all examples of events.
 Object-oriented signals that JavaScript’s power to exert control over an HTML page is
based on manipulating objects within that page.
 • You are probably already aware of some of the power that object-oriented
programming may provide to the coding environment.
Python

 A high-level, interactive, interpreted, and object-oriented scripting language is Python.

Python is made to be extremely readable. It typically uses English terms instead of
punctuation, and it has fewer syntactical structures than other languages.

 Python is Interpreted − The interpreter processes Python while it is running. Your

software does not need to be compiled before running. This is comparable to PHP and
PERL.

 Python is Interactive − You can actually sit at a Python prompt and interact with the
interpreter directly to write your programs.

 Python is Object-Oriented − Python supports Object-Oriented style or technique of

programming that encapsulates code within objects.

 Python is a Beginner's Language − The development of a wide range of programmes,

from simple text processing to web browsers to games, is supported by the Python
programming language, which is excellent for beginning programmers.

 History of Python

At the National Research Institute for Mathematics and Computer Science in the
Netherlands, Guido van Rossum created Python in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

ABC, Modula-3, C, C++, Algol-68, Small Talk, the Unix shell, and other scripting
languages are just a few that Python is derived from.

Copyright applies to Python. Python source code is now accessible under the GNU
General Public License, just like Perl (GPL).

Although a core development team at the institution is now responsible for maintaining
Python, Guido van Rossum continues to play a key role in guiding its development.

Python Features

Python's features include −

 Easy-to-learn − Python has few keywords, simple structure, and a clearly defined
syntax. This allows the student to pick up the language quickly.

 Easy-to-read − Python code is more clearly defined and visible to the eyes.

 Easy-to-maintain − Python's source code is fairly easy-to-maintain.

 A broad standard library − The majority of the Python library works well on UNIX,
Windows, and Macintosh and is cross-platform compatible.

 Interactive Mode − Python has support for an interactive mode which allows interactive
testing and debugging of snippets of code.

 Portable − Python can run on a wide variety of hardware platforms and has the same
interface on all platforms.

 Extendable − Low-level modules can be added to the Python interpreter. These modules
give programmers the ability to enhance or modify their tools to make them more useful.

 Databases − Python provides interfaces to all major commercial databases.

 GUI Programming − Python facilitates the creation and porting of GUI programmes to
a variety of system calls, libraries, and windows platforms, including Windows MFC,
Macintosh, and the Unix X Window system.

 Scalable − Compared to shell scripting, Python offers larger projects better structure and
support.

 In addition to the characteristics indicated above, Python offers a long list of useful
features, some of which are given below.

 It supports functional and structured programming methods as well as OOP.

 It can be used as a scripting language or can be compiled to byte-code for building large
applications.

 It provides very high-level dynamic data types and supports dynamic type checking.

 It supports automatic garbage collection.

 It can be easily integrated with C, C++, COM, Active X, CORBA, and Java.
Python is available on a wide variety of platforms including Linux and Mac OS X. Let's
understand how to set up our Python environment.

Database

 About Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Microsoft SQL Server is a client/server relational
database built on the Structured Query Language (SQL). Each of these phrases describes
a key element of SQL server's design.
 In that it serves as a data storage location, databases and data files are similar. as with
data
 Unlike a file or database, which presents information to users indirectly through the
usage of applications
 that uses a database access method to access data and then presents it to consumers in an
untreatable format. A
 The files containing the physical database access data and the database itself are
normally its two components.
 The following elements of database structure must be enforced by the DBMS:
 Preserving the connections between the data in the database.
 Ensuring that data is kept properly and that the defined criteria are followed
 Maintaining the relationships between data in the database.
 Ensuring that data is stored correctly, and the rules that defining data relationships
are not violated.
 Recovering all data to a point of known consistency in case of system failures.

Relational Database

Relational databases are one of the most efficient ways to structure data in a database,
though there are other methods as well. Relational database systems are a mathematical
set theory approach to the issue of data organisation. In a relational database, data is
gathered into tables known as relations.
You can typically discover a wide variety of table definitions when organising data into
tables. The process of normalization, which is described in relational database theory,
assures that the set of tables you choose will successfully organize our data.

Client/Server

The server in a client/server system is a very sizable computer in a central location that
oversees a resource accessed by numerous users. When people need to utilise the
resource, they connect to the server through the network from their computers, or clients.
Several servers are examples:

In client/server database architecture, a server houses both the database files and the
DBMS software. Applications can execute on different clients and connect to the
database server through a network with the help of a communications component. The
SQL server communication component also enables interaction between a server-based
application and SQL server.

Server apps typically have the ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously.
Thousands of client apps can run simultaneously on a SQL server. The server is
equipped with measures to stop any logical issues from arising from a user.

Although SQL Server is intended to function as a server in a client/server network, it can

also operate as a standalone database on the client. The scalability and user-friendliness
of SQL server allow it to operate well on a client without using an excessive amount of
resources.

hand, is higher.

CHAPTER 4
SWOT ANALYSIS

As a tool for making decisions that are excellent and right and the products are created
by industry as its business, SWOT analysis has grown to be one of the most useful tools
in the development of company and industry. Process SWOT analysis calls for an
evaluation of internal strengths, weaknesses, external threats, and opportunities. The
external component makes a big difference. on an industry and business organisation.
Institutions can be political, economic, or even transformative. Consumer demand has
been significantly impacted by the transition from a manufacturing- and service-oriented
economy to an industrial society. Manufacturing and innovation are used by business
and industry to plan for the future of their companies. To ensure that the firm expands,
creative strategies are always devised.

CHAPTER-5

ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL STATEMENT

Financial Statement

Financial analysis provides in-depth information on the company's historical and

current financial performance. It is mostly utilized for the company's financial data
analysis. The fundamental goal of a financial statement is to identify the degree of
profits and losses that a business experienced within a specific time period. When
preparing financial statements, records will be kept for each and every transaction in the
organization, and they will be cross-checked.

Profit and Loss Account

Profit and Loss is an account in an organization's accounts that earnings and profits are
debited from in order to display the net profit to loss over a specific time period. The
profit or loss of a business over time is displayed in the profit and loss account. The
profit and loss account displays the net profit or loss your company made over a certain
accounting period after subtracting all costs from revenues.

Balance sheet

A balance sheet is a report that summaries the capital, liabilities, and assets of a
company or other organization at a specific point in time. It also shows how much
money was made and spent during the previous period. It is a financial statement that
lists the assets, liabilities, and shareholder equity of an organization at a particular
period. Investors can get a sense of the company's debts and shareholder investment
through these three balance sheet segments.

Ratio Analysis

A one-number arithmetic expression is a ratio analysis. To put it another way, it is

the product of two mathematical terms. A method for analysing and comprehending
financial justifications is ratio analysis. It is a technique for computing and analysing
various amounts in order to support the formulation of particular decisions.

A financial ratio is a numerical analysis of financial justification procedures or

arrangements. These connections between the financial justification aid speculators,
lenders, and internal union management in identifying areas of requesting
improvement and business performance.
1. Current Ratio

Current ratio may be characterized as the relationship between current asset and the
current liability. Current assets mean the advantages which can be reformed into cash
within one year.

Current Ratio = Current Assets / Current Liabilities

Table No: 5.3 Current Ratio

Year Current Assets Current Current Ratio

Liabilities

2022-23 4,42,570 3,52,069 1.25

2021-22 3,68,430 3,12,499 1.18

2020-21 3,06,352 2,41,610 1.26

About the tables shows current ratio of the company for the three years we can See
the company’s liquidity is up to the mark. The company has 1.26, 1.18 and 1.25 For
the years of 2021 , 2022 and 2023 respectively. When compared the three years
2021’s current ratio was bit high.

2. Debt Equity Ratio

Debt equity ratio is a vital proportion which demonstrates the monetary position of an
association. It communicates the relationship between the debt possessed by an
association and the net worth claimed by the same. If debt is too much it may lead to
bankruptcy.

Debt Equity Ratio = Long term debt / Equity fund

Table No: 5.4 Debt Equity Ratio

Year Long term debt Equity fund Debt Equity

Ratio
2022-23 2,90,489 2,92,193 0.99

2021-22 2,43,154 2,76,897 0.87

2020-21 2,57,972 2,82,090 0.91

The debt ratio in 2020-21 was 0.91, decreased to 0.87 in 2021-22 and 2022-23 is
0.99 it shows that company has high risk and company has aggressive in financing.
And decreased to 0.87 in 2021-22, according to the table above. Here, even
companies’ debt going to be high but net worth also been increased much more. At
present company is exit from the danger of going bankrupt.

3. Current Assets Turnover Ratio

Current resource turnover proportion demonstrates how effectiveness a firm is

utilizing present advantages for create income.

Current Assets Turnover Ratio = Sales / Current Assets

Table No: 5.5 Current Assets Turnover Ratio

Year Sales Current Assets Current Assets

Turnover Ratio

2022-23 12,40,140 4,42,570 2.80

2021-22 10,39,400 3,68,430 2.82

2020-21 5,91,200 3,06,352 1.92

About the tables shows current Assets turnover ratio of the company for the three
years we can See the company’s liquidity is up to the mark. The company has 1.92,
2.82, and 2.80 For the years of 2022-21 , 2021-22 and 2022-23 respectively. When
compared the three years 2021-22’s current assets turnover ratio was bit high.

4. Quick Ratio

The quick ratio is a measure of a company's liquidity in the near term. A company's
ability to pay short-term obligations with its most liquid assets is measured by the quick
ratio. Because of this, the ratio is determined by excluding inventories from current
assets.

Quick Ratio = Quick Assets / Quick Liabilities

Table No : 5.6 Quick Ratio

Year Quick Assets Quick Liabilities Quick Ratio

2022-23 4,42,570 3,52,069 1.25

2021-22 3,68,430 3,12,499 1.17

2020-21 3,06,352 2,41,610 1.26

The company's quick ratio was 1.26 in 2020-21, 1.17 in 2021-22, and 1.25 in 2022-
23, according to table above. The higher ratio shows that the companies fulfill its
Current financial obligation. Since fast ratio even it fluctuates, it indicates that the
financial statement is doing well, because if quick ratio is greater than one, the firm
can meet its current financial requirements. If it is less than one the company must
depend much on its inventory to pay the short-term liabilities

5. Return on Investment

As the name says this means the profitability of the business from an investment

made by them.

Return on Investment = Profit before interest tax / capital employed* 100

Table No: 5.7 Return on Investment

Year Profit before Capital employed Return on

interest tax investment

2022-23 2,38,000 5,82,682 40%

2021-22 2,25,260 5,20,051 43%

2020-21 53,710 5,40,062 9.94%

2022-23 2,92,193 2,90,489 5,82,682

2021-22 2,76,897 2,43,154 5,20,051

2020-21 2,82,090 2,57,972 5,40,062

The return on investment in the table indicates that the is highest in the year 2020-
21, at 9.14%, then rises to 43% in 2021-22, and then drop to in 40% in 2021-22.
This demonstrates how the company's investment change from year to year.
