Oggetto: preparation for foundation design discussion with SACTI

Dear Massimiliano,

SACTI SMRS project manager and his leaders would like to have a telecon with HEAD and EIE next week
regarding the foundation design. But the telecon time hasn’t been determined yet.

Considering the present situation, I suggest we initiate the preparation beforehand so as to make it as smooth
as possible. Our idea is that EIE could provide a presentation first about the foundation design. And we nail
the translation and the parts we are uncertain or unclear before the meeting with SACTI. Mean while we will
ask SACTI what kind of questions they may have for us. If so, we would like to know if it’s possible to have
the presentation file before next Wednesday?

How do you think of the idea? If you have any ideas about the meeting in the preparation, we are all ears to
them.
