The procedure for accepting new USM students is as follows:


1. Prospective students fill in the link register.mm.feb.trisakti.ac.id
2. Prospective students pay the selection fee to the BNI Bank virtual account (VA) number
listed on the "Financial Status" menu of the SPMB account.
3. If you have made payment, prospective students can view or download their exam
participant card (KPU).
4. Prospective students attend USM at the specified time.
5. If accepted, the prospective student will pay the tuition fee and register as a new student.

Administrative Requirements

1. Document requirements for Transfer Students are as follows:


a. Color scan or electronic file of Academic Transcript.
b. Color scan results or electronic files of Diploma/SKL diplomas (Letter Pass
Statement) for transfer programs between educational programs.
c. Transfer certificate and final student status from the Home University.
d. Certificate of Not being Color Blind for prospective students
e. Certificate of Study Program Accreditation at the Home University/Print Proof of
Study Program Accreditation from BAN-PT.
f. Proof that prospective students are listed in the higher education database in the form
of screenshots of search results for prospective students' names at
https://pddikti.kemdikbud.go.id
g. Pay educational fees in accordance with the applicable educational fee provisions for
the current academic year to obtain a NIM (Student Identification Number).
h. For students transferring across study programs, it is regulated separately in
accordance with the provisions applicable to the faculty concerned.
i. For student transfers between faculties within the scope of Trisakti University, it is
authorized by the Chancellor's Decree based on the consideration of the relevant
Dean.
j. Tuition fees that have been paid will be calculated proportionally based on the study
period that has been achieved.
k. For students transferring from abroad, they must come from a tertiary institution
recognized by the Directorate General of Higher Education and attach a diploma and
grade transcript that has been translated into Indonesian by an official translator and
has been approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.

FOREIGN STUDENT PROCEDURES


1. Prospective Foreign Students contact the Center for International Affairs (PUI) – Office
of International Affairs, Cooperation and Culture (KUIKK).
2. PUI - KUIKK sends a new student registration form link to prospective students.
3. PUI – KUIKK sends a letter via SIMAS to the Faculty for the next process (screening)
for accepting prospective students.
4. Students are required to have a certificate from the Embassy of their Country of Origin
located in Jakarta explaining their Bachelor's degree in English.
5. The Faculty coordinates with PUI - KUIKK to convey information that must be carried
out by prospective foreign students (filling out the SPMB and then processing it at the
Faculty by Vice Dean 1, Portfolio, payment, etc.). If the foreign student has been
declared accepted by the Faculty, the Faculty issues a Letter of Acceptance (LoA). *NIM
will be processed by the Faculty according to procedures.
6. The Faculty sends a Letter of Application for Study Permit Management to the Deputy
Chancellor I and a copy to the Director of KUIKK by attaching a Letter of Acceptance
(LoA).
7. PUI – KUIKK processes Study Permits. If approved, the Faculty and students will be
informed.\
8. If a foreign student has finished studying at Usakti, PUI - KUIKK takes care of the Exit
Permit Only (EPO) concerned.
9. PUI – KUIKK processes ITAS, STM and SKTT

The results of the entrance examination and interview will determine the status of prospective
students into:
- full standing group (accepted directly),
- provisional standing group (accepted by mandatory taking courses in the
matriculation program), or
- not accepted (rejected as a prospective student).

INFORMATION ON DOCUMENT COMPLETENESS FOR PROSPECTIVE NEW


STUDENTS

1. 4x6 photos
2. Photocopy of KTP or Personal Identity
3. Photocopy of Family Card
4. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
5. Photocopy of Bachelor's Diploma which has been legalized with a wet stamp
6. Photocopy of grades transcript that has been legalized with a wet stamp
7. TOEFL certificate (ILP, EF, LIA & FETEC) has a minimum score of 500
8. TPA Certificate (OTO BAPPENAS) has a minimum score of 500
9. Photocopy of Award Certificate or other supporting documents
10. Recommendation Letter from Lecturer or Supervisor where you work
11. Health Certificate from Trisakti Medical Center or at least Type C Hospital
12. Drug Free Certificate from Trisakti Medical Center / Minimum Type C Hospital
13. Proof of Registration Payment Rp. 1,000,000,
