The proposed study is carried out based on "From Policy to Practice: Assessing

Government Maternal and Child Health Services in Rural Areas of Lucknow" to access the

influence of the schemes or programs run by the governmental sources among

the females of reproductive age group of Akbharpur, Bahelia and Mall village situated in

Malihabad Tehsil of Lucknow District.

I offer my heartiest gratitude to the precious persons who have put an effort in compiling

of the presented research work. I may prefer to pay heart- felt gratitude to my department

supervisor Prof. D. K SINGH for his fruitful guidance, appreciable support and producing

favorable atmosphere in completion of my research project. His guidelines have put a

support on my idea and inauguration in solving out the research problems arising out of my

study work.
