Avishek and I developed a strong relationship while co-leading multiple, award winning,
eLearning projects at Johnson Controls (JCI). I managed a US-based Fire Detection Design
Team during my collaborations with Avishek and watched his career progress from Sr.
Instructional Designer, to Project Manager, to Program Manager. Avishek was one of my
primary contacts with our India Learning & Development Team. We kept our teams well
connected, creating cutting-edge, virtual hands-on simulators and scenario-based
eLearning.
