System Particulars
 As per available space, structure will be erected to compensate 6660 w of PV
Panels
 Structure will be installed as per PSA guidelines to provide an inclined angle of 10-
25 degrees to capture maximum sunlight
 Azimuth angle will be 180 degrees (+- 10 deg)
 The system will produce an average daily output of 3.8KWH/ KW PV installed.

 Average Daily Generation approx. 25 KWh
 Average monthly production 745 KWh
 The system is will produce 8950 kwh annually
 Annual savings 410,000 /-
 Return on investment < 2.5 years
 (Off peak units rate 35 Rs, Peak rates 41 Rs)

Exchange Rate Policy

Prices are based on exchange rate and duties. Any change in duties and taxes shall be
factored into the final price. Any change in excess of +/‐2% in the value of PKR against
USD shall be factored into the price in full; however, in case of exchange rate fluctuation
is less than 2%, between quotation and delivery, would be borne by us.

Payment Terms
> 80% advance payment at the time of signing/accepting of agreement
> 20% payment at the time of completion of work at site.

Net Metering
Net Metering is a lengthy process that involves different government departments,
IESCO Needs 30-45 working days for processing
Terms & Conditions

Pancorp Energy's Scope of work: -

 Provide complete Smart Energy System for specified power
 Provide all necessary construction drawings/ Sketches
 Designing PV Module mounting structure installation on the roof
 Provide DC and AC cables for interconnection between the PV panels, inverter
and the closest AC Disconnect/Distributions Box
 PV Modules installation
 Smart Inverter and Smart Storage installation
 Conduits and Cable laying for both (AC and DC)
 AC Cable between the inverter and closest AC Disconnect to the inverter
 Start-up & Commissioning
 Pancorp will only be responsible for Grid Input and Inverter Output. The
respective cables to be taken to and from main DB to identified place where
the Solar Inverter is to be installed

Works not included in Scope: -

 Cost of any extra civil works
 Extra cable cost for length of cable beyond what is specified in Standard Scope of
Work.
 Interconnection between one distribution Box to another distribution box and
switched works and costs
 Customized solutions
 Any Special, extra extensions in Structure,
 Meter name change,
 Meter sanctioned load change and I&C required other than the above mentioned
scope of work shall be charged as per actual.
