5.0 IMPACT ON THE COMMUNITY

Following the current trend that was set by Alif Satar, the mission of Subuh Rangers (SR7)
is to continue the good example of the project “Subuh Macam Jumaat” and implement them to
the youths in Maahad Tahfiz al-Quran wal-Qiraat ADDIN 7 with the help of parents-teachers
associations of the Maahad. Performing Qiyamullail and praying Fajr together offers several
benefits, including fostering a sense of community and unity among believers. It strengthens the
bond among individuals, encourages mutual support in fulfilling religious obligations, and creates
a shared spiritual experience. Additionally, praying in congregation enhances concentration and
devotion, contributing to a more profound connection with the worship. It also emphasizes the
importance of discipline and punctuality in the practice of Islam. This way, the youths will practice
the charitable deeds of Islam at an early age and giving them experiences to join the trend.

Following this, in accordance with the theme of our DTE project, which is quality
education, the explorace slot conducted by our group on Day 2, Survival, Leadership and
Communication will be taught by facilitators in each station to reinforce educational concepts in
a fun and engaging way! Consequentially, the youths will learn and enhance their understanding
of Islam while empowering their thinking skills and teamwork abilities by solving the games in
each station of explorace.

This project also benefits our group members by experiencing project management whilst
upgrading our soft skills to be applied in our future career. In addition, this project benefits our
university by the promotion of our institute to the youths while conducting the “Subuh Macam
Jumaat” project.
6.0 EXPECTED CHALLENGES

Despite the myriad of social benefits, some challenges are inevitable:

1) Financial hurdles: As our project budget is well over the financial assistance provided by UTP
Centre of Foundation Studies (CFS). Therefore, it is crucial for us to be on the constant hunt for
possible sponsors for Food & Beverages, transportation and other miscellaneous items from well-
established organisations such as Mesra Petronas, Majlis Agama Islam Perak and MyFundAction.
2) Bad weather: Weather conditions on the selected day could compromise the planning for our
project. The unpredictable weather patterns could pose a significant challenge towards the
smooth execution of our project. Thus, we need to be ready and provide backup plans in case of
unforeseen weather challenges.
3) Inevitable upcoming events: Due to the long-term planning, there might be inevitable
upcoming event on the selected day. This, too, shall require us to reschedule respective events
7.0 CONCLUSION

To sum up, the explorace event is proof of the effectiveness of hands-on learning and
group projects. Through the successful bridging of theory and practice, the event offers a
comprehensive learning experience that transcends the boundaries of traditional education. It is
clear from looking back on the experience and the insights acquired that the exploration will not
only improve the state of education but also profoundly impact each participant's interpersonal
and personal growth. Apart from that, by performing Qiyamullail and Fajr prayer together, a
sense of community and unity among believers will be fostered among the participants, students
and community.

Additionally, the explorace event program provides our team with leadership skills and
abilities that will be important to our future endeavors. Thanks to excellent communication,
collaboration, problem solving and adaptability, we can complete these tasks with ease. We also
improve our ability to motivate and guide people. In our future efforts, we will benefit from our
better decision-making, resource management and collaboration that enables us to create a
long-term, profound impact for our society and community. The program is a life-changing
program that helps us work on leadership and sustainability for a better future.

We kindly seek you to evaluate and approve our request to organize this event.
