Manager M&E (01)

Start Salary Description


Designation
Manager M&E (PPS-9) 306,251 Qualification: 16 years of education in Business /Project
Management / Information Technology/Telecom Engineering or
/Month
relevant from a reputable university recognized by HEC. PMP
Certification is a plus

Experience: Minimum 07 years of relevant post-qualification


project management experience.

Skills Required:

Excellent knowledge of project management (Planning, Organizing,


Budgeting, Execution etc.)

Excellent communication/ presentation skills with fluency in


written and spoken English

Flexibility and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Well versed with office productivity, MS Project, Excel, & Other


international project management tools

Job Descriptions:

Will report to Project Director and will be responsible for planning


and successful execution of the project activites strictly in line with
PC-1 and scope of the Project.

Contract management including drafting of contracts, execution of


the contracts and dispute resolution.

Responsible for submission and approval of cash plans and release
of funds, monitoring of the project team .

Ensure procurements as per PPRA and applicable rules and


regulations. Also ensure that record of the Project has been
maintained properly and information related to the project is
available as and when required by the Director Projects,
management, MoITT, Planning, Audits and the Project Committees.

Ensure resource availability and allocation as per direction of


Project Director

Assist Project Director in performing routine project related tasks


and activities and perform duties as assigned by Project Director

Regular follow-ups on release of funds with Ministry of IT and


other Govt. Departments

Contract management including drafting of contracts, signing of the


contracts and execution of the contracts

Responsible for convening of project committees meetings and


seeking of required approvals before initiation of any project related
activity. Issue office letters, office orders, meeting minutes

Perform milestone review visits along with higher management

Increment: 5% Annual increment

Finance Officer (01)

Designation Start Salary Description


Finance Officer (PPS-8) 218,750 Qualification: MBA Finance/ICMA/ACCA or equivalent from a
university/institute recognized by HEC.

Experience: 04 years of relevant post-qualification experience
working as Finance / Accounts Officer. Preference will be given to
those employees with working experience in PSDP projects

Skills Required:

Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills with


fluency in written and spoken English

Ability to work under pressure and to resolve problems in an


efficient manner

Ability to lead a and work effectively as part of a team

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all


levels in a collaborative team environment

Well versed with office productivity, MS Excel, Internet and email


applications

He/She will prepare and submit bills to AGPR for clearance

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for processing payment for approval from PD,


scrutinizing invoices, contracts and other project related
documents before processing the payment.

Report to Project Director and assist in performing routine project


related tasks and activities.

Regular follow-ups on release of funds with Ministry of IT and


other Govt. Departments

Reconciliation of accounts with AGPR and Bank and book


keeping and accounts handling. Working on automated accounting
software is a big plus.

Follow-ups with AGPR, MOITT for clearance funds and bills

Will work under the direction of PD.

Project Officer M&E 218,750 Qualification: 16 years of education in Bussiness /Project
(PPS-8) /Month Management / Information Technology/Telecom Engineering
or relevant from a reputable university recognized by HEC.

Experience: Minimum 04 years of relevant post-qualification


project management experience.
