Subject: Proposal for Branch IT-Coordinator Services

I am writing to propose the engagement of an IT-Coordinator for all Cecile’s Pharmacy

Branches. As a continues growing organization, we recognize the increasing importance of effective
IT management. This proposal outlines the role and responsibilities of the branch IT-Coordinator and
how they can benefit our organization.

Objectives:

The primary objective of having a branch IT-Coordinator is to enhance the efficiency and
effectiveness of our IT operations. The branch IT-Coordinator will be responsible for:

a. Providing basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

b. He will be the point person for IT related concerns in their branch assignment.
c. He will be the point person for power distribution related concerns in their branch
assignment.
d. Observed the proper handling of computer unit and peripherals in their branch
assignment.
e. Do the basic preventive measure to avoid hardware issue.
f. Do the basic cleaning of computer units and peripherals.
g. Help in securing network integrity.
Evaluation and Selection Process:

We plan to evaluate potential candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and

suitability for our organization. The selection process may include:

a. There will be a selection per branch for qualified personnel, (preferably with computer
hardware servicing background)
b. Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews.
c. Assessing technical skills through practical assignments or tests.
d. Conducting final interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Training and Support:

a. Familiarization of basic parts and peripherals of a computer unit and its functions.
b. Training for the proper maintenance practices to ensure optimal performance and
longevity of hardware.
c. Training for preventive measure to avoid hardware issue.
d. Familiarization of pre-installed application base on standard branch computer setup.
e. Familiarization of power distribution layout for computer unit and networking
equipment.
f. Training for the basic concept of computer networking and troubleshooting.
g. Training for basic troubleshooting of CCTV camera

In conclusion, investing in on-premise technical support offers numerous benefits for our
organization, rapid issue resolution, increased productivity, reduced downtime, improved system
performance, and above all I can divert MIS resources to focus on our pending project.

We appreciate your time and consideration in reviewing this proposal. We believe that an IT
Coordinator will significantly contribute to the success of our organization by streamlining IT
operations and user support needs.
