Instruction Manual
1、概述：本产品可供油浸变压器真空注油及运行和检修时，开启或关闭变压器
油路。
1、General: This product can be used for switch on/off oil circuit when vacuum
filling、operation、examine and repairing of oil immersed transformer.

2.5 特点：
2.5 Characteristic:
（1）根据用户要求蝶阀具备可上锁功能，可有效防止在变压器运行过程中
对蝶阀进行误操作。
（1）The valve has the function of being locked as required by the client and
protect from fault operation during transformer operation.
（2）在不拆除阀盖的情况下，能够直观的显示当前蝶阀开关状态。若蝶阀
阀盖侧露出 “OPEN”字样，则表示蝶阀处于开启状态；若蝶阀阀盖侧露出
“CLOSE”字样，则表示蝶阀处于关闭状态。
（2）It can directly show the situation of the valve without dismantling of the
valve cap. If it shows “open” on side of cap means the valve is open, if it
shows “close” on side of cap means the valve is closed.

 3.1 通常安装在油浸式变压器与冷却器、散热器及储油柜和通油管路的法兰
连接部位。
3.1 Normally the valve will be installed on the connecter of flange between
transformer and radiator、cooler、conservator and oil pipe.
3.2 若蝶阀出现问题，请勿自行拆卸。在吊装变压器各配件时，需防止蝶阀
受到撞击。
3.2 Please do not dismantle it when problem happens. Prevent the valve to be
hitting during the lifting of transformer accessories.
3.3 蝶阀上所有密封圈均为特种橡胶制造，如有损坏需要更换，请与我公司
联系。
3.3 All the gasket is made of special rubber, if broken please contact us.
3.4 硬密封系列蝶阀，在 0.6Mpa 压力下，最大渗漏率每 10 分钟不超过 25ml。
3.4 The Maximum leakage rate of hard sealing valve is not over 25ml every 10
minutes under 0.6Mpa pressure.
注意：为了避免蝶阀在真空环境下因压力过大，使蝶板发生位移，导致蝶阀
出现开启困难的情况，在对变压器进行真空试验前，请注意必须将蝶阀打开，
处于半开启状态后（蝶阀打开后，可以采用临时安装封板的方式进行密封），
方能进行真空试验操作。
Attention: In order to prevent the valve from displacement and cause the
valve cannot be opened under too big pressure in vacuum condition, before
the vacuum test, please open the valve and let it be half-opened （when the
valve is opened, install the temporary blanking plate for sealing）, then the
test can be carried out.
4、安装步骤及使用方法
4、Installation procedure and use method
4.1 安装蝶阀时，蝶阀应为关闭状态，并请检查安装法兰孔距是否与蝶阀配
套，如果发现法兰孔距不正确，请立刻停止安装。
4.1 The valve should be closed when install it, check the installation hole is match
with the valve or not, please stop installation when not match.
4.2 安装时请保证蝶阀与法兰内孔同心，并将各个安装螺栓均匀拧紧，避免
在紧固过程中，因受力不均而损坏蝶阀密封件。
4.2 Please make sure the inner hole of valve and flange is homocentric, make sure
every bolt is fastened equally to prevent from destroy of the valve gasket during
fasten because of uneven stress.
4.3 蝶阀的启闭操作方法

4.3.1 利用扳手将阀盖上螺栓的拧出，将阀盖连同阀盖密封件一同拆下。
4.3.1 Screw out the bolt on the valve cap with spanner, dismantle the valve cap
and gasket.
4.3.2 根据阀轴处限位指示牌的指示方向，沿逆时针方向旋转 90 度角可开
启蝶阀；沿顺时针方向旋转 90 度角可关闭蝶阀。

 rotate 90 degree angle along the counter-clockwise can open valve, rotate 90
degree angle along the clockwise can close valve.
4.3.3 对于φ250 以上大口径蝶阀，在蝶阀侧边位置配备了辅助开启装置，
当蝶阀采用常规方法无法正常开启时，可将辅助开启装置的罩帽拆下，利
用活动扳手逆时针方向将辅助开启杆旋转 90°来开启蝶阀。利用辅助开
启装置将蝶阀打开后，首先需将辅助开启杆旋转归位，即将辅助开启杆上
的红色凹槽旋转至阀体上红色凹槽相对应的位置，辅助开启杆有且只有在
此位置时，辅助开启杆罩帽才能顺利装上，否则将出现螺杆对不上丝孔的
情况，且当辅助开启杆罩帽正确安装时，罩帽上的箭头将正好指向阀体上
的红色凹槽位置。
4.3.3 For bigger valve with the caliber overφ250, the assistant opening device
is equipped on valve side. Remove the cap of assistant opening device; rotate
the opening tube 90 degree angle along the counter-clockwise with spanner to
open the valve when it cannot be opened with normal method. After opening
the valve, return the position of the opening tube firstly that means place the
red groove on the tube to the red groove on valve body, only when the tube on
this position, the tube cap can be mounted smoothly, otherwise the screw will
not match with the screw hole, and the arrows symbol on the cap will point to
the red groove on valve body when the tube cap is installed correctly.
4.3.4 阀盖安装具有方向上的唯一性，在安装时，首先将阀盖密封件置于
阀盖密封槽内，并请查看蝶阀阀盖上的英文字样，找到与目前阀门开关状
态相对应的字样，使印有该字样的一端与阀体上的贴纸同侧（如下图），
将阀盖罩于阀轴上，最后将阀盖螺栓拧紧。若在安装时出现阀盖装反的情
况，则阀盖会被阀轴顶住，导致阀盖无法完全与阀体贴合紧密，影响蝶
阀的二次密封性能，出现这种情况时，需将阀盖重新拆下，检查阀盖方
向是否正确。
4.3.4 Valve cap installation has the characteristic of unique direction. Place the
valve cap gasket to the sealing groove firstly and check the English word to
find the correspondent word with present situation of valve. Make the same
word on valve body in the same side with the sticker (see below), place the
valve cap on the valve shaft, and fasten the bolt of valve cap at last. The valve
cap will be against by the valve shaft when the valve cap is installed
inversely and lead to the valve cap can not joint closed fully to influence
the sealing function. The valve cap need to be dismantled and check its
direction to make sure correct.

 警告：只有当将辅助开启杆罩帽完全复原安装好后，方才能正常开关蝶
阀，否则，蝶阀出现密封不严或者蝶板碰伤、碰坏等质量问题，我公司
概不负责。
