    9 DRILLING CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT (WOS 09)

    9.1 General
    9.1.1 The Drilling Agreement between Lasmo and the Drilling Contractor shall be administered by
    the Lasmo Well Operations Manager or his approved designee.

    9.1.2 The Lasmo Well Operations Manager, or his appointed designee, shall manage day-to-day
    business with the designated representative of the Drilling Contractor.

    9.1.3 The detailed work programme shall be agreed in writing between the Lasmo Well
    Operations Supervisor and the Drilling Contractor’s senior on-site representative.

    9.1.4 A copy of all instructions issued shall be maintained on file and be available for inspection
    by the Lasmo Well Operations Manager.
