WARRANT OF ARREST

TO ANY OFFICER OF THE LAW:

You are hereby commanded to arrest ONI CHAN, ALIAS “ONEE”, “MOMMY ONI-ONI”,
“MOMMY ONI CHAN”, who is/are said to be found in/at 24 RICHARD JEFFERSON
STREET CROSSOVER, ANTONIO LUNA CORNER, FADEAWAY CITY, NATIONAL
CAPITAL REGION or elsewhere, and who has/have been charged before me with the
offense of ARTICLE 201 OF THE RPC, IN RELATION TO SECTION 6 OF RA 10175()
and bring him/her/them forthwith before me to be dealt with according to law.

The bail for the release of the accused in this case is fixed at Php 350,000 for
ARTICLE 201 OF THE RPC, IN RELATION TO SECTION 6 OF RA 10175(), which
may be furnished by the accused or a bondsman in the form of corporate surety
(Section 10, Rule 114), property bond (Sections 11-13, Rule 114), cash deposit (Section
14, Rule 114), or recognizance (Section 15, Rule 114), to guarantee his/her/their
appearance before this court as required under the conditions specified in Section 2 of
Rule 114 of the Rules of Court.

You are required to use at least one body-worn camera and one alternative recording
device, or a minimum of two devices, or as such number as may be necessary to
capture and record the relevant incidents in the execution of this warrant pursuant to the
Rules on the Use of Body-Worn Cameras in the Execution of Warrants (A.M. No.
21-06-08-SC) issued by the Supreme Court and which became effective on 1 August
2021.
