issued to you on yourjoining on or before 0l -01 -2024 at our Chaliyama Steel Plant.

Please bring the following documents in original alongwith a photocopy thereofand your two recenl passport
size photographs at the time ofyourjoining:
1. Relieving certificate from your last employer, ifapplicable.
2. Identification proof (Passport/Voter ID card,{T PAN Card/Driving License/Aadhar Card)
3. Residence Proof(Passport/ Voter ID card/ Driving License/Aadhar Card)
4. Proof of Age (Matriculation Certificate/ Birth Registration Certifi cate)
5. Certifi cales of Educational / Technical/ Professional qualifi cations.
6. Statutory Competency Certificate, if any
7. Experience certificate. ifany
8. Proofofyour last salary drawn, if any
9. Certificates/ testimonial for any outstanding achievement, performance, etc.
10. Copy ofPAN Card.
ll. Provident Fund Universal Account Number (U.A.N.), lfapplicable alongwith PF passbook.
12. Any other document you consider worthwhile.

In case. you fail to.join on the above menlioned date the offer of employment will stand automatically cancelled
