Dear Mr. Jucarlo Germinal,

Please accept this letter as written excuse for not being able to attend your class
earlier this morning due to very high fever and cough. I know that I have missed the
quiz earlier, but I am willing to cover up what I missed just to compensate for the lost
points that I had. I’m willing to take different set of questions just to assure you that I
will not do any vices while taking the exam. I am hoping for your kind consideration in
this matter sir for I am not that student who really skip classes and I am also a working
student right now working 8 hours straight in graveyard and it’s really hard for me to
manage everything until my body almost want to give up due to over fatigue and lack of
sleep.
