    TO: ALL MUNICPAL HEALTH OFFICE PRSONNEL

    SUBJECT: CHANGE OF HRH COORDINATOR

    This is in line with matter of handling program within our facility and to ensure that the local health
    unit operations are working on balance, I hereby assigned that Ms. Kris Loraine A. Mendoza will be
    handling HRH personnel effective on Monday, February 05, 2024. The following functions are to wit:

     Oversee their functions as Human Resource for Health


     Ensure the completion of tasks related to the HRH program in conjunction with our Rural Health
    Unit programs
     Communicate regularly target implementation progress
     Assist in providing technical and advisory support on the implementation of health programs

    For your information and ready reference.
