AFFIDAVIT IN LIEU OF THE LEGAL CAPACITY

I, WILLIAM THOMAS LAURIE, of legal age, divorced. British

citizen, and a resident of No. 005, Unit-H Anabu 2-B, Anabu Road,
Imus City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and say:

1. That I am a British national with Passport Number GBR

525253677 issued by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and
Northern Ireland on May 04, 2018 and I desire to marry
GLORIA MUÑOZ DELA CRUZ, a Filipina and resident also of
No. 005, Unit-H Anabu 2-B, Anabu Road, Imus City;

2. That, under Article 21 of the New Family Code of the

Philippines, before a marriage license can be issued to me, it
would be necessary for me to secure a Certificate of Legal
Capacity to Contract Marriage issued by the Diplomat or
Consular Official of my country;

3. That I attest under oath that with my former marriage has

been dissolved on August 8, 2000, and not having been
married in my country or anywhere outside my country and
remained single until the present;

4. That in view hereof, I have the legal capacity to contract

marriage with GLORIA MUÑOZ DELA CRUZ;

5. That this affidavit is being executed to attest to the veracity of

the foregoing facts, and for all intents this may be of legal
worth.
