Brief Description:
The "SMART Pedagogy: A Fusion of HOTS, Ethics, and SEL for Educators" is a comprehensive in-service program
for secondary teachers, seamlessly blending latest pedagogical strategies with a focus on professionalism and ethical
standards. This training goes beyond cognitive development, incorporating social-emotional learning to nurture a
holistic approach to education. Participants will explore innovative teaching methods, foster ethical practices in the
classroom, and enhance their ability to integrate Higher Order Thinking Skills within the context of a SMART School
with a Heart. This transformative training aims to equip teachers with the tools to create an engaging and ethically
grounded learning environment to prioritize both academic excellence and the holistic development of students.
Statement of Purpose:
"The 'SMART Pedagogy: A Fusion of HOTS, Ethics, and SEL for Educators' is an immersive 5-day in-service training
tailored for secondary Teachers. It intricately weaves together avant-garde teaching methodologies with a robust focus on
upholding professionalism and ethical standards. Going beyond mere cognitive enrichment, the training seamlessly
incorporates social-emotional learning, fostering a well-rounded approach to education.
Teachers will immerse themselves in inventive teaching techniques, instill ethical norms in their classrooms, and refine
their ability to seamlessly integrate Higher Order Thinking Skills into the fabric of a SMART School with a Heart. This
iinovative training seeks to reinforce teachers with the knowledge to craft a captivating and ethically rooted learning
environment, placing equal importance on academic brilliance and the comprehensive growth of their learners."

x 4 pax = Php 4,200.00.
The above specific amount is inclusive of 1 AM snack, 1 PM snack and 1 lunch. Likewise, all related-training expenses will be
taken from the School MOOE; hence, everything is FREE for the participants.
