Introduction :
 Most of the people’s thought that our laws are incapable of controlling crimes.
 Generally they said our law system is not suitable for current situations.
 But , our constitution is best constitution ever written. Because our constitution has a solution
for every single problem occurs in our society even today.
 After 75 years of the independence , after the lot of changes , still our constitution has a ability
to control disputes across the country.

Content :
 Federal system in our country : overall more than 30 governments, are exist in single country.
There is certain provision for jurisdictions of every government.
 Fundamental rights in our constitution : we have six fundamental rights provided by our
constitution – and it provides the safeguard also for us that safeguard is independent judiciary.
 Accountability : this is independent judiciary also accountable to our constitution – even our
prime minister and ministers also accountable to our parliament. And our parliament is
accountable to every single citizen in our country. So everything is accountable in our country
because of the our best constitution ever written.
 Our government has a three organs executive, legislature, judiciary. They have separate
jurisdictions and functions these are do not interpret with each other. But they protect their
people together.

Conclusion :
 Our system is very good and correct
 But , political reality destroys our beautiful system provided by our constitution.
 So our duty is to convert this beautiful system into beautiful reality.
