PANCAKE
1 cup of rice
2 ½ water
2 cup wheat flour
2 cup grated coconut
¼ teaspoon salt
A little of cooking oil
2.1.2 METHOD
i. Firtsly, blend the rice with water until smooth. Pour it to the suitable container.
ii. Then, add wheat flour, grated coconut, salt and cooking oil to a bowl and mix
it well.
iii. Then, hit a pan and add little bit cooking oil and pour the the mix ingredient to
the pan. Sizing it to a circle and bake for a while.
iv. Finally it is ready to be served.
