    PUBLIC NOTICE

    15 February 2024

    POLOKWANE CBD ON-STREET PARKING TERMINATED

    Motorists and all other stakeholders are hereby notified that the Parkpoint
    company which was managing on-street parking in the city's CBD area on
    behalf of the municipality has been served with a court order which
    prevents them from continuing with parking management as of today 15
    February 2024.

    The court order that was served prevents the company or any of its agents
    from operating, managing parking and collecting revenue from motorists
    within the city.

    Consumers or motorists are therefore advised not to give or pay any of the
    company’s representatives money as a tariff for parking within the city until
    further notice.
