CHATTEL MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, RHEA LOU BADANA of legal age, single, and residing at Inayawan, Cebu
City, Philippines hereinafter known as the MORTGAGOR, and GWYNETH REDOBLE
of legal age, single, and residing at Tugas Pardo, Cebu City, Philippines hereinafter
known as the MORTGAGEE;

WITNESSETH:

That the MORTGAGOR is indebted unto the MORTGAGEE in the sum of ONE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,00.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which
is acknowledged by the MORTGAGOR upon the signing of this instrument, payable
within a period of one (1) year from date hereof;

That for, and consideration of , this indebtedness, and to assure the performance
of said obligation to pay, the MORTGAGOR hereby conveys by way of CHATTEL
MORTGAGE unto the MORTGAGEE, his heirs and assigns, the following personality
now in the possession of said MORTGAGOR, more particularly described as:

TYPE OF BODY: Backbone PLATE NO.: ABC-890
YEAR MODEL: 2018 MOTOR NO.: 654321

of which I am the true and absolute owner by title thereto, being evidenced by
Registration Certificate of Motor Vehicle No. 6543 issued in my name by the Land
Transportation Office on June 30, 2018.

This chattel mortgage has been executed in order to secure the full and faithful
payment of my obligation to GWYNETH REDOBLE in accordance with the terms and
conditions of this instrument. Upon payment, this contract shall become null and void;
otherwise, it shall continue in full force and effect and may be foreclosed in accordance
with law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands, this 16th day
of August 2023 at Cebu City, Philippines.

AFFIDAVIT OF GOOD FAITH

 We, the undersigned MORTGAGOR AND MORTGAGEE hereby jointly and
severally swear that we executed the foregoing Chattel Mortgage in order to secure the
indebtedness therein and for no other purpose or purposes contrary to law.
