Dear Ma’am/Sir,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. My name is Rhoxie Serfina Del
Rio, and I am writing on behalf of the Imperial Pila Gay Association. We are a community-
based organization in Pila, Laguna, dedicated to promoting inclusivity, acceptance, and
camaraderie among our members and the wider community.
As the holiday season approaches, we are planning to host our annual Christmas Party on
December 30, 2023, at 7:00 PM at the beautiful Villa Zorella Resort. This event serves as a
platform for our members to celebrate the spirit of Christmas, strengthen our bonds, and
reflect on the year that has passed.
In order to make this event a success, we are humbly seeking your support. Any form of
assistance, whether financial or in-kind, would be greatly appreciated. Your contribution will
go a long way in ensuring that our Christmas Party is a memorable occasion for all our
members and guests.
