EXPLORATION MINERAL ACTIVITIES

No Item

1 Reconnaissance Surveys (G4 stage)

The main purpose is to reduce the areas by identifying select ones for further studies.
1 Desktop studies preliminary data for (technical and non technical data)
2 Systematic geological mapping on 1:50,000 scale.
3 Airborne Geophysical Surveys (Magnetic, Electromagnetic & Radiometric).
4 Regional geochemical sampling (wide spaced).
5 Regional geophysical survey (wide spaced).
6 Photo-geological and Remote sensing studies (PGRS).

2 Preliminary Exploration (G3 stage)

Generally conducted for smaller areas, a few kms. to tens of Sq.kms.
1 Geological mapping on 1:25,000 or 1:10,000 scale.
2 Geochemical grids and ground geophysical grids for prospecting are kept at
a closer intervals for the precise selection of the target areas.
3 Pitting and trenching carried out to expose the ore body if near to the surface.
4 Preliminery Bore hole activity

3 General Exploration (G2 stage)

Work is conducted over very small areas (less than a Sq.km to a few Sq.kms).
1 Detailed mapping on 1:5,000 or 1:4,000 scale.
2 Pitting, trenching and bed rock sampling on all outcrop sections.
3 Drilling on systematic pattern upto 60 to 120m depth and at 100m strike
interval for gold, 200m for basemetals and 400m - 500m for limestone. (JORC Compliant)
4 Detailed petrological and mineral studies.
5 Within the mineral deposit economically viable zones, their strike length,
width and depth identified based on surface studies and drilling data.
6 Topografi UAV Lidar General Area
7 Ore Resource estimation

4 Detailed Exploration (E-II stage)

1 Exploratory openings or boreholes and geofisical loging are drilled at closer intervals along the
strike and also depth wise, to accurately determine the shape, size,
disposition of ore and grade of ore body.
2 Detailed mapping width ore modeling on 1:2,000 or 1:1,000 scale.
3 Mineral phases (by EPMA), beneficiation test carried out.
4 Processing of all databases.
5 Geological modeling
6 Environment (AMDAL)
7 Create Area prospect of interest by Geologist
8 Topografi Prospect Area, Craete Bench Mark Point (BM), Stake out planing Bore hole, pickup actual bore hole
9 Ore reserves estimated.

5 Geotechnic and hydro geology

1 Geotechnic
2 Hydro geology

6 Mine Plan and Design

1 Economical mine and infrastructure
2 Feasibility Study

7 JORC/KCMI Report
1 Valuation of resources and mineable reserves base on JORC compliant
2 Reporting of exploration result (Resources and Reserves)
