Stabilities TUBINGAL® RNJ is stable to hard water, acids, alkalis and electrolytes
in the usual concentrations.
Storability TUBINGAL® RNJ will hold for at least 12 months if it is stored properly
in closed original containers.

Properties
TUBINGAL® imparts a very smooth and soft handle and a very good sewability to knits and wovens.
Since the demands on the stability of a product to shear forces very strongly depend on the machine type and
the application conditions we recommend checking the application of TUBINGAL® RNJ on critical machines in
each individual case.

Application Fields
TUBINGAL® RNJ is used if not only a very soft and smooth surface and handle are desired but also a good
sewability of the fabric shall be obtained.
The product is appropriate as additive in easy care finishing liquors; it has to be stressed that the product imparts
a good handle and has a positive influence on the technological values.
TUBINGAL® RNJ is preferably used on cellulose fibres and their blends with synthetics. The product is well
appropriate for whites and coloured fabrics.
Depending on the fabric character and the desired handle effect the following application amounts can be used
as guidelines:
Padding method
20.0 - 40.0 g/l TUBINGAL® RNJ
Liquor pick-up 70 - 80 %
pH = 5.5
Drying as usual
Exhaust method
2.0 - 3.0 % TUBINGAL® RNJ
pH = 5.5
20 min at 40 °C
