much larger than B2C commerce, it still runs essentially offline, and players who want
to create B2B E-commerce experiences have to rely on software that is not meant for
B2B but built primarily for B2C.

factories and have onboarded 800+ global factories (exporters) in India just in 11
months of launch, building on this momentum, we have recently expanded our reach to

At Sourcewiz, a forward-thinking tech company in Bangalore, we are seeking a
motivated Web and App Development Intern with a focus on Shopify app development.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to delve into the world of
e-commerce and gain practical experience in Shopify platform development.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in the development and maintenance of Shopify apps and e-commerce

solutions.
● Work closely with the development team to design and implement new features
specifically for the Shopify platform.
● Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Shopify apps under the guidance of senior
developers.
● Participate in code reviews to uphold high-quality coding standards, with a focus
on Shopify's unique environment.
● Support the implementation of user-friendly interfaces for Shopify apps.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of apps
with other web and mobile applications.
● Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Shopify development and
e-commerce technology.

Qualifications:

● Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Computer Science, Information

Technology, or related field.
● Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
with a keen interest in Shopify app development.
● Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks (React Native, Flutter) is a
plus.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new
technologies.
● Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently.
● Good communication skills.

Add-ons would be preferred:

● Prior experience or exposure to Shopify platform development.

● Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
● Backend development skills in languages like Python, or Ruby.
● Engagement in related extracurricular activities or personal projects.
