ULTRASOUND REPORT

Within the gravid uterus is a single fetus in cephalic presentation with a composite gestational age of 35weeks and 1
days based on the following parameters:

Real-time scans reveal active fetal movements with strong regular cardiac pulsations (FHR= 168bpm). No definite
gross abnormalities are appreciated. The fetal ratios are within the normal range.
No nuchal cord coil was demonstrated at the time of the scan.
Fetal weight is approximately 2.54 kgrams +/- 220.0 grams.
Female genitalia seen.
The placenta is implanted anteriorly in the uterine cavity with a maturity echopattern compatible with grade III. No
previa demonstrated.
The amniotic fluid is normal in amount and echo-quality (AFI= 12.40 cm 4 POCKETS).
Approximate expected date of delivery is AUG.28, 2023 +/- 2 weeks.
