PARTICIPATION PROCESS
Step 1: Prescribed Applica on form can be obtained by sending request to :

Step 2: Submit an applica on prepared on the basis of Award proforma with hard &
so copy along with the Nomina on fee.
Documents and informa on should be submi ed in one set of hard copy and one so
copy in CD/ Pen drive along with nomina on fee to: APEX INDIA FOUNDATION, New
Delhi (India).
Evalua on of nomina ons for Apex India Awards is an intensive process. Nomina ons
are evaluated by experts from Government, Academia and Industry
Step 1 : Preliminary evalua on of nomina ons.
Step 2 : Mandatory Oral presenta on by all nominee company/units in presence of
Jury Members cons tuted by Apex India Founda on.
Step 3: If Required, Site visit will be there. Site visit charges will be borne by the
selected company. This doestn’t includes any costs associated with travel,
accommoda on, and any other related expenses.
Step 4 : Award Declara on.
