Front line- Reverse option to be disabled permanently for M8, M10 bolt
Front line -Track touch points in pallet are not scratch proof ( Front bracket locking clamps
are not having rubber bush)
Front line - Pallet to be corrected for proper locking of seat ( On 11.08.2022 one seat fallen
down due to improper locking)
Front line - During buckle washout POKA YOKE inspection, bolt rotating continuously and
system not showing NG
Front line - FS80 torquing error notification not showing in display
Rear line - No separate table for RSC final inspection, rework station is being utilized for final
inspection activity
Rear line - RSB10 &RSC10 trim variant specific error notification not showing in display
Noise booth - Front seat mounting fixture not available
