Ref: DSE&Ex.0.SPD, TSS,Hyd. Pro.Rc.No.364/SS/CW/2023, Dt:5-12-2023, With reference to the subject cited above, the Director, School Education &Ex.Officio State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Hyderabad has instructed that M/s Meluha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad has been awarded for implementation of Project for Learning Management system (LMS) and Teacher continuous Professional Development (TCPD) Programme with offline/ without internet connectivity contact access across in the district duly deploying a team with one person for implementation and continuous support for this project. ‘The guidelines were issued for implementation of (2) activi i ‘Learning Management System (LMS): > The designated/deployed personnel shall install an Android app named "Telangana LMS” > Upon opening the app, teacher shall be promoted to lo} ies are as follows. with a user id and password, these credentials shall be sent to teachers registered mobile numbers via SMS and to their email addresses. > The homepage displays a features screen with a lessons tab, containing content aligned with the SCERT curriculum. > In the top right corner, options for grade and language selection are available. > Choose a subject to access it's curriculum, organized by chapters and sub topics as per SCERT guidelines. > Select this subject of choice and curriculum is available on the left and segmented as per chapters and sub topics of the subject as per the SCERT curriculum. > Clicking sub topic reveals it’s content. > The content screen on the centre have 5 tabs ‘Teacher Notes, activity 1 activity 2 activity 3 and assessments. > Teacher notes is made available with instructions on how to use the content during a classroom session. > Ifany new content is to be uploaded by the teacher, upload content option is available just below the grade selection. The content uploaded will only be visible for only their account. > A comprehensive list of the uploaded content is LMS app available as per enclosed to Annexure II. Updates on new content shall be communicated as available. > The app automatically downloads update well connected to the internet. (& scanned with OKEN Scanner> Allthe content shall be made available for offline streaming without the interruption of low- speed internet or no internet connection. > Any service issues w.rit student teacher LMS or offline content or new upgrades and training of new and existing teachers designated district in charge cell rectify the matter. Ml. ‘Teacher Continuous Professional Development (LCPD): An Android app is available on Android play store with the name TCPD. ‘Allthe teachers and stack holders are required to install the app on the devices ‘The login credentials for the LMS are same for TCPD app > > > > The schedule for professional development shall be announced in the due course. > Content aligned with the scheduled shall be made available on App. > The activity included both mandatory for choice based courses. > Trainers shall be assigned as and when the douches are formed as per schedule. At the same time, training venue shall also be mentioned. > For choice based self learning courses the courses can be enroll into and can be completed. ‘As and when the course is completed, the completion certificate is made available online. > For both offline and self placed courses, pre -requisite, pre-assessment and post-assessment tests shall be taken by teachers on the TCPD App. > Any service issues w.rt TCPD or offline content or new upgrades and training of new and existing teachers, designated district incharge shall rectify the matter. ‘All the Mandal Educational officers in the District are informed that the responsibilities of Deployed manpower shall be include the followings. > Installation and setup of LMS and tepd is designated educational institutions. > Providing intial training to the staff on the operation and management of LMS and TCPD. > Serving as first point of contact for any service related queries or issues pertaining to LMS and TCPD. ‘Therefore all the Mandal Educational officers in the district are requested to instruct the Head Masters concerned to co-ordinate with the team members of M/S Meluha Technologies Pvt.
