PLUMBING CHARGES AND MATERIALS ARE CUSTOMER’S SCOPE

Note- Including GST 18%

Terms and Conditions of contract mentioned below

1. Once in four month Periodical visit per year during the period of contract, where
your product will be thoroughly checked serviced and adjusted

2. Any additional visit during the contract period as and when required ,in the event
of any breakdown/malfunctioning of the equipment

3. Replacement of electrical parts like solenoid valve pump and controller will be
replaced free of cost when required in the event of breakdown/malfunctioning of
the equipment and All Filters candle are replace once when ACMC is done.

4. Since under the terms of this contract, the company is liable to supply free
replacement of spares sports in certain circumstances,
 5. sale tax wherever applicable will be borne by Ion Exchange India
Limited ,However the spare parts replaced will be be sole property of Ion
Exchange India limited

6. Reinstallation at different location will be on chargeable basis

7.Payment of Contract amount is to be paid in advance by cash, local cheque or

demand draft in favor of Ion Exchange India Limited
