Subject: Request for Sand and Gravel for Barangay Road and Marconville Subdivision Entrance.

I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance in addressing a pressing
issue concerning the condition of the Barangay Road along MCGI and the entrance of Marconville
Subdivision. The deteriorating state of these areas has become a matter of concern for the residents,
and we believe your support can make a significant impact.
Our Barangay Road, along with the entrance to Marconville Subdivision, is currently in need
of sand and gravelling. The uneven surfaces, potholes, and erosion have resulted in difficulties for
residents and visitors alike. To address these issues effectively, we kindly request your support in
providing the necessary materials, specifically sand and gravel, for filling and reinforcing these areas.
