    Scotland in 1881. He was a
    scientist. He studied medicine
    but then he decide to study
    bacteriology. Alexander Fleming
    has a wife named Sarah and
    they were married in 1915.
    She was a nurse at one of the
    London’s hospitals. They have a
    son named Robert.

    2. One of Alexander Fleming's


    most important inventions
    was the invention of penicillin. He
    discovered it by accident. This is an
    antibiotic that is used to treat infectious
    diseases. This discovery earned him a Nobel Prize
    in Physiology and Medicine in 1945. Penicillin
    was used to treat soldiers in World War II.
    3. There are many reasons to admire Alexander
    Fleming. He was a brilliant scientist who made a
    really important discovery that saved many lives.
    For discovering Penicillin an antibiotic that is still
    used today to treat some diseases.
